Jing Chang is the founder of ROX Motor, an automobile company established in 2021 and based in Shanghai, China, that provides intelligent driving vehicles and related services. Prior to founding ROX Motor, Jing Chang was a senior product manager at Tencent in 2011 and also founded Beijing PhotoWonder Technology and Roborock. In September 2023, ROX Motor raised USD 1 billion in strategic investment funding from Weiqiao Pioneering.
