Marina Udier, PhD, is the CEO of Nouscom, a clinical-stage oncology company. Since becoming CEO six years ago, she has guided the company through its first IND clearance and multiple regulatory interactions, establishing Nouscom as a pioneer in cancer interception. Under her leadership, Nouscom completed a $97M Series C financing in 2023–24. Previously, she was an Operating Principal at Versant Ventures, spent seven years at Novartis Pharma, and worked at McKinsey & Company’s healthcare practice. She holds a PhD in Chemistry from Yale University.
