Oleksandr Pertsovskyi is the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "Ukrainian railways", a company that operates Ukraine's railway system. He was appointed to this role on October 22, 2024, by the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers. Prior to this, he held a Master’s Degree in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv. He also worked for DHL Group between 2010 and 2016.
