Paul M. Rady is the Co-Founder of Antero Midstream Partners, a company formed to own, operate, and develop midstream energy infrastructure primarily to service Antero Resources in the Appalachian Basin. He has served as Chairman, CEO, and President of Antero Midstream. Antero Midstream completed its initial public offering in 2014. Prior to Antero Midstream, he co-founded Antero Resources and served as CEO and Chairman of Antero's predecessor company from its founding in 2002 to its sale to XTO Energy, Inc. in 2005. He also served as President, CEO, and Chairman of Pennaco Energy until its sale to Marathon Oil.
