Prior to joining Plenti, Bennett was the inaugural CEO of NSW Land Registry Services after its privatization, where he transformed it into a profitable private company. He also held executive roles at NAB, including Chief Information Officer and Executive General Manager Digital & Direct Banking, and led Technology & Operations at Bank of New Zealand.
