Brandon Barbello is a co-founder of Archetype AI, a Palo Alto, California-based company that develops a multimodal artificial intelligence foundation model called Newton. This software processes and interprets real-time physical sensor data for enterprise applications. Archetype AI emerged from stealth mode in early 2024 with $13 million in initial seed funding and has since raised a total of $48 million across two rounds. Barbello previously worked as a researcher at Google Advanced Technology and Projects.
