Ross McElroy is the President and CEO of Fission Uranium Corp., a Canadian uranium developer. He led the company through its exploration and development, outlining a 10-year mine plan. In December 2024, Fission Uranium was acquired by Paladin Energy for approximately $1.27 billion, with McElroy continuing to lead the integration.
