Severin Schwan is an Austrian industrial manager and economist. He served as CEO (Group President) of F. Hoffmann-La Roche from 2008 to 2023, after which he became Chairman of the Board of Directors. He joined the pharmaceutical company in 1993, working in finance and later in the diagnostics division.
