About Bryan Shinn

Bryan Shinn is the Chief Executive Officer at U.S. Silica, having served in this role and as a member of the board of directors since 2012. He previously held the position of president from 2011-2020 and SVP of sales and marketing from 2009-2011. Under his leadership, U.S. Silica transitioned from a small, private commercial silica provider to a public performance materials company, growing its annual EBITDA from $50M in 2009 to nearly $400M in 2018. Before joining U.S. Silica, Shinn held key leadership roles at E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company from 1983-2009.
