Christopher Pappas is the founder, Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Chefs' Warehouse, a specialty food products distribution business. He has served as CEO since 1985 and was president from the company's formation until 2007, and again since April 2009. Prior to founding the company, Pappas played professional basketball in Europe. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Adelphi University in 1981.
