Dhafir Awadh Al-Shanfari has been appointed Group Chief Operating Officer for the NLGIC Group. In this role, he will lead functional governance and operational practices, collaborating with the Group CEO and regional leadership to drive the company's strategic and operational plan. Prior to this, Dr. Dhafir held leadership positions in the Omani public sector, including CEO of the Omani Authority of Partnership for Development and CEO of the Public Authority for Privatization and Partnership.
