Ian Fischer is the co-founder and CEO of Poetiq, an AI startup founded in 2025. Poetiq recently achieved one of the highest scores ever recorded on the ARC-AGI-2 benchmark, outperforming Anthropic, Google, and nearly all of OpenAI's attempts. Prior to co-founding Poetiq, Fischer was an AI researcher at Google DeepMind, where he worked with co-founder Shumeet Baluja for over a decade.
