Joel Vorra served as the President and Chief Financial Officer of Tidewater Renewables Ltd., a multi-faceted energy transition company focusing on the production of low carbon fuels. Tidewater Renewables was formed in July 2021 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure Ltd. The company pursues a growth strategy by building out renewable diesel, renewable hydrogen, and renewable natural gas business units through the ownership, development, and operation of clean fuels projects and related infrastructure. Vorra transitioned to an advisory capacity for the remainder of 2022 following the appointment of a new CFO in September 2022.
