John Haley has been appointed as the Company Secretary and CFO of Polymetals Resources, effective February 1, 2023. With over 40 years of experience, he has provided taxation advice to clients in the Australian mining industry. He has also served as a director/CFO and company secretary for junior mining companies in Australia and Canada for about 20 years. Haley was a founding director of three ASX-listed companies: Metallica Minerals Limited, MetroCoal Limited, and Cape Alumina Limited.
