John O’Donnell is the founder of Riverside Investment & Development. Based in Chicago, Illinois.
John O’Donnell founded Riverside Investment & Development (originally O’Donnell Investment Company) in 2010 after 28 years at The John Buck Company, where he became President and Chairman of the Investment Committee. He has overseen the development or redevelopment of over 40 million square feet with more than $10 billion in capital transactions. John serves on Riverside’s Board of Directors and recently spearheaded a nonprofit for Chicago’s LaSalle Street revitalization.
