About Joy Drach

Joy Parr Drach is the president and CEO of Advanced Animal Diagnostics (AAD), a company based in Durham, NC. AAD develops on-farm diagnostic technologies for livestock producers, with its first commercial products, QScout MLD test and QScout Farm Lab, launched in 2013 to detect subclinical mastitis in dairy cows. The company raised a $15 million Series C round of equity financing in December 2014.
