He also holds positions as Executive Vice President of the company's Manager and Vice Chairman of EMG. Penn started his career at Lehman Brothers in 1984, where he co-headed CMO origination and trading and co-created "BondTalk," a programming language for modeling Collateralized Mortgage Obligations.
