Anastasios Manos is the Chairman and CEO of Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO), a company focused on upgrading and modernizing Greece's electricity distribution network. HEDNO is deploying 3.12 million smart meters to improve grid efficiency, facilitate renewable energy integration, and enhance energy management. This project is part-funded by a €150 million loan from the European Investment Bank and a €273 million Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) loan, with a total estimated cost of €546 million.
