Founded in 2021, SpacemiT develops CPUs and has completed multiple funding rounds, including a Series A round led by Lenovo Capital and Legend Capital. Before co-founding SpacemiT, Chen was a researcher at Alibaba's chip arm T-Head, where he was involved in the development and application of its XuanTie RISC-V embedded CPU series.
