David Bywater was appointed CEO of Vivint Smart Home in June 2021, bringing 25 years of leadership experience in consumer-facing technology companies. He previously served as CEO of Vivint Solar, overseeing its merger with Sunrun, and as COO of Vivint Smart Home. Bywater also held executive positions at Xerox and Affiliated Computer Services.
