David Damschen was selected by the Utah Housing Corporation (UHC) Board of Trustees to succeed Grant Whitaker as President and CEO, a role he assumed on May 3, 2021. UHC, established in 1975 by state legislation, is a public corporation focused on providing affordable financing for single-family homes and apartments to low and moderate-income individuals. Prior to joining UHC, Damschen served as Utah State Treasurer for over five years, following seven years as chief deputy state treasurer.
