Dekel Valtzer is the Co-Founder and CEO of Avo, a vertically integrated residential and office delivery platform that aggregates apartment buildings and companies into a consumer network via a technology platform. He led Avo to become one of the few Israeli startups accepted into the Y Combinator accelerator and raised over $90 million from top-tier investors including Kleiner Perkins, Insight Partners, and Y Combinator. Under his leadership, Avo expanded to over 800 employees and operated across major US markets before shutting down its Israel operations in 2024.
