Eric Lipar is the Co-founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of LGI Homes, a company focused on providing affordable housing. Since its founding in 2003, LGI Homes has expanded from Texas into over 40 markets across the country, selling over 75,000 homes. Lipar has served as CEO since 2009 and Chairman of the Board since 2013, overseeing land acquisitions, development, and sales. He previously served as President of LGI Homes from 2003 to 2009 and has a background in residential land development since the mid-1990s.
