He previously served as president of Advanced Technologies and subsidiaries Cunico Corporation and Dynamic Controls, Ltd., where he led efforts in developing and deploying new nuclear technology for terrestrial and space applications, including microreactors and nuclear thermal propulsion. Before joining BWXT, Mr. Miller had a 24-year career that included service in the U.S. Navy.
