He brings over 20 years of experience in the mining and resources sectors across various global regions, with expertise in corporate strategy, social responsibility, business development, and operations leadership. Prior to this, he served as the Executive General Manager Project Development at Mineral Resources and held key leadership positions at Newcrest Mining, Aeris Resources Limited, and BHP.
