Manuel Dubuc was appointed CEO of Fluence, a joint venture of Siemens and AES, effective May 1, 2020. He had previously served on Fluence's Board of Directors since 2018. Fluence is an energy storage market leader focused on accelerating energy storage adoption globally. Prior to Fluence, Dubuc served on the Board of Directors of AES Distributed Energy and sPower, and was President of two AES business units in Latin America. He also served as CEO of Meiya Power Company (MPC) in Asia.
