Michael Osanloo is the CEO of Portillo's, a fast-casual restaurant chain known for its Italian beef sandwiches. The company has grown from 52 to 72 restaurants during his tenure and recently went public. Prior to Portillo's, Osanloo served in senior leadership roles at Caesar's Entertainment, Kraft Foods Group, and was CEO of P.F. Chang's. He also was a Partner at Bain & Company.
