Warren Campbell is the CEO of Alight, a leading solar developer and independent power producer based in Stockholm, Sweden. Prior to his promotion to CEO in late 2024, he served as Deputy CEO for one year and as Chief Operations Officer starting in 2020. Under his leadership, Alight expanded its project pipeline to 3.5 GW and entered new markets across Europe. Before joining Alight, Campbell was a partner at McKinsey's global energy practice and founded Vireo Energy, a bioenergy company. Alight has secured a €150 million investment from CVC DIF.
