Focus: Mr. David serves as the Chairman at Inveshare. As a co-founder of International Securities Exchange, LLC (ISE), Mr. Krell has served as their Chairperson since 2008 and a Director since 1997. From 1997 to 2007, Mr. Krell was the President and CEO of ISE and the President and CEO of International Securities Exchange Holdings, Inc. He has also served as Chairperson and co-founder of K-Squared Research, a financial services consulting firm, and Vice President, Options and Index Products at the NYSE. Mr. Krell formerly was an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University Graduate School of Management and at the Graduate School of Baruch College. He has also taught seminars and workshops at the New York Institute of Finance, and serves on the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Börse AG.
