About Frank Sagnier

Frank Sagnier is the London-based Non-Executive Chair at Everplay Group, nDreams, and Steel City Interactive. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Codemasters from 2014 to 2021, where he orchestrated the British video game developer's £280 million initial public offering (IPO) on the London Stock Exchange in 2018. During his tenure, he expanded the Formula 1 racing game franchise and facilitated the company's $1.2 billion acquisition by Electronic Arts in February 2021. He currently focuses on advising and leading board governance for global interactive entertainment and virtual reality developers.
