Gerald Mullally is the interim CEO of Oxford Quantum Circuits (OQC), a UK-based quantum computing company that spun out of the University of Oxford in 2017. He possesses two decades of leadership experience across government and industry, including a prior role as a Cabinet Office director. Under his leadership, OQC launched its public quantum roadmap, deployed its first quantum computer to New York City, and secured backing from Chevron and Sumitomo Mitsui.
