Huntaek Kim is the CEO of TiumBio, a company he founded in 2016. TiumBio focuses on developing innovative new drugs, particularly for rare and incurable diseases. Prior to founding TiumBio, Kim spent over two decades at SK Chemicals Co. Ltd., a major chemical and life science firm, where he held positions such as VP (Center Head) of the Innovative R&D Center and VP (Chief) of the New Drug Discovery Lab. He holds a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
