She assumed the CEO role in March 2021 and has since been driving a multi-year strategy to transform, simplify, and modernize the bank. Prior to her current position, she held various leadership roles at Citi, including President and CEO of the Global Consumer Bank. Before joining Citi in 2004, Fraser was a Partner at McKinsey & Company.
