He previously served as CEO of Legence Parent LLC from October 2020 and CEO of Therma, a Legence company, from April 2019. Before Legence, Sprau was President of BrandSafway and held various roles at Safway Group and Johnson Controls, starting his career as a marketing engineer at Trane Technologies.
