Clal Insurance and Finances recently completed a debenture swap to extend obligations and decrease financing expenses, having previously raised 400 million NIS in secondary capital. Clal Insurance also invests in fintech and insurtech, notably contributing $35 million to FinTLV's second fund and $30 million to digital insurtech startup Hippo.
