Dr. Neal Walker co-founded Aclaris, having served as Interim Chief Executive Officer from January 2024 to February 2025, and previously as CEO until December 2022. He is also the Chair of Aclaris' board of directors since January 2023 and has been a board member since the company's inception in July 2012. He is a board-certified dermatologist and serial entrepreneur who has co-founded several life science companies, including Vicept Therapeutics, Inc. and Octagon Research Solutions, Inc.
