George L. Holm was appointed Chairman of Performance Food Group’s Board of Directors in January 2019. He was the President & Chief Executive Officer of PFG when it was acquired by Vistar Corporation in May 2008 until December 2025. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Vistar, which he founded in 2002. He has a 40-year career in the foodservice distribution industry.
