He previously served as Chief Operating Officer from 2022 to 2024, overseeing the company's three reportable segments. Prior to Lincoln Electric, Mr. Hedlund held executive leadership roles at Fortune Brands, Inc. and was a principal at Booz Allen. He holds a bachelor's degree and an MBA from Dartmouth College.
