Tony Okpanachi is the pioneer Managing Director and CEO of Development Bank of Nigeria Plc (DBN). DBN is a wholesale development finance institution that expands access to finance for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across Nigeria. With over 30 years of banking experience, he previously served as Deputy Managing Director at Ecobank Nigeria and held leadership roles in East and West Africa. He holds a PhD in Economics from Nile University.
