The best startup pitch decks of all time — Airbnb, Uber, Facebook, Tesla, Stripe and more — each broken down slide by slide with stage, year and slide count.
These are the decks founders come back to most often out of the 1,719 real investor decks in our library. There is no score and no ranking formula: each entry is a deck that a real company sent to real investors, broken down slide by slide, with the year, stage and slide count it states about itself.
If you want the full set rather than a shortlist, the complete index lives on the pitch deck examples hub. To filter by round, start with seed and pre-seed decks or Series A and B decks.
The decks people mean by "of all time" are the early ones that later became household names: Airbnb's 2008 seed deck, Uber's 2008 concept deck, Facebook's 2004 media kit, Sequoia's original Google deck and Stripe's early round. They are on this page because founders keep returning to them, not because we scored them — each links to a slide-by-slide teardown of the deck as it was actually sent.
Older famous decks are useful for narrative and terrible for benchmarks: what a 2008 seed deck could get away with will not clear a 2026 partner meeting. For current expectations, read the recent decks instead — 2026 pitch decks and 2025 pitch decks in the library.
"Best" is round-specific. A seed deck argues insight and team; a Series A deck argues repeatable economics. Compare within your own round: seed and pre-seed decks, Series A and B decks, or the full pitch deck examples index.
Only one thing is verifiable from a deck: it got the meeting and the round it was raising. Every deck on this page did. Design quality, slide count and cleverness vary wildly across them, which is the point — there is no single template behind the decks that worked.
